The Enchanted Manor can also create the food and refreshments especially for your event featuring a wide selection of menu items for Italian, Spanish, Mexican, American, Mediterranean Cuisine including party trays, buffets, theme events and BBQ menus.

All food and refreshments for The Enchanted Manor are prepared by world reknowned Chef Kurt Ehrlich. His culinary training took place throughout Europe. His resume includes The Waldorf Astoria in New York and Walt Disney World in Florida.
